Solar cars are a solution for congested roads
Now your car will run comfortably without getting stuck in traffic jams. This car can run easily even in narrow lanes. If the battery runs out, no need to worry—this car will charge with solar energy and take you to your destination. This unique car has caught everyone’s attention in Hall No. 5 of the India Mobility Global Expo 2025 being held at Bharat Mandapam. Its biggest feature is that it can be easily driven in crowded areas.
This small but amazing car can seat three people together—two adults and a child. The car can run up to 250 kilometers on a single charge, and in just five minutes of charge, it can run up to 250 kilometers. It can travel up to 50 km. Its special feature is that it can also be charged by sunlight while running, due to which 10-12 km extra distance can be covered.
Result of affordable price and Indian technology: This car is made completely with indigenous technology and its price is around five lakh rupees. Saurabh Mehta, who made this car, says that it has been designed for easy driving in crowded areas. He believes that big cars cause traffic jams on the roads, while in most big cars only one person travels. This car has been made with the aim of giving relief to people from such problems.
The charm of CNG scooter and bike: Along with cars, CNG scooters and bikes are also attracting people’s attention. A leading two-wheeler company has introduced the country’s first CNG and petrol-powered scooter. It has a 1.4 kg CNG tank and a 2 liter petrol tank. The company claims that this scooter will give a mileage of 84 km in 1 kg of CNG and will run up to 226 km in a full tank.
Apart from this, a private bike company has launched a bike with CNG cylinder, which can also run on petrol. Companies are putting more emphasis on driving safety this time. The manager of the company making CNG bikes said that the bike has been tested at many levels.
100% Ethanol Car: New Initiative to Stop Pollution
A car running on 100% ethanol has been launched to stop climate change and provide relief from rising prices of petrol and diesel. This car can run completely on ethanol. However, at present its mileage is slightly less than petrol and diesel. Experts believe that in the coming time, this technology can become a strong alternative to petrol and diesel.
New era of flex fuel
Flex fuel based cars were also unveiled at the expo. Ethanol can be used with petrol and diesel in these. Vehicle manufacturing companies say that the government is emphasizing on alternative fuels. Flex fuel is prepared by mixing gasoline, methanol and ethanol. This technology can prove to be an effective solution against rising petrol-diesel prices and pollution in the future.
India Mobility Global Expo 2025 has raised a new hope. With technologies like solar energy, CNG and flex fuel, India can not only solve traffic problems but also contribute to environmental protection. This exhibition is a big step towards making India a global leader in the field of “green mobility”.
